Learning How to Use Holistic Emotive Practices

Learning how to use Holistic Emotive Practices cannot take place in a short amount of time. It takes time to learn the relationships between individual speech sounds and feelings, and it takes practice for you to recognize and categorize your feelings based on the three physiological dimensions of emotions.

I have put together a series of presentations designed to introduce the concepts of Holistic Emotive Practices and provide useful examples that you can use to help you achieve emotional balance. The presentations are divided into two volumes. Volume I consists of eleven lessons on the basic science behind Holistic Emotive Practices and its fundamental theory. Volume II (to be completed some time soon) will contain fourteen lessons with a total of ninety-nine practical examples, with each lesson geared toward a particular type emotional challenge or situation in which Holistic Emotive Practices can provide help.

The first three presentations are available and can be seen and heard via YouTube through the links below. Links to the transcripts are also provided.
